The South Common Farmers’ Market takes place Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am – 4 pm. It runs from April 27th & 28th, 2013 to October 19th & 20th, 2013. If you are interested in becoming a vendor please download our “Rules and Regulations” document and fill out an application & rules for 2013 or try out our online application form.

You can send it by mail, email or drop off your application form to the market manager. Payment may be forwarded to them as well. All cheques should be made payable to South Common Farmer Market.

Important Note: If your application is not signed, dated, and the rules and regulations, are not initialed, or payment is not enclosed, your application will be considered incomplete and will not be submitted for approval.The market mangers decision are final without need of reason. Also, only one discount can be applied per vendor per year.

Please Note

All new vendors have to join for 4 weekend, it is better if they are in a row, but it is not 100% necessary they are! For vendors committing to one (1) day per weekend by paying for at least one month in advance it is 30.00/day per stall or 750.00 until Oct 19/20, 2013, plus G.S.T.= $787.50

For vendors committing to two (2) day per weekend by paying for at least one month in advance it is 25.00/day per stall, or 1250.00 until Oct 19/20, 2013, plus G.S.T.= $1312.50/stall.
For vendors that require electric it is 5.00/ day plus G.S.T.up to 15 amp.

To thank vendors who help recruit new vendors to the market, they will receive 1 day free for every vendor that they recruit who pays for one month or more in advance.

The stall size is 10’wide x 18’, if your display is over lapping another stall, you may be charged an extra stall rental at the market manger discretion, which is final.
